Cancellation policy

Please note once you have booked your stay , our agreement is a legal contract , when booking we will ask for full address and  debit/credit card details to secure a booking, Although we do not take any monies from your account at this stage, we reserve the right in the event of cancellation to take the cost of the first nights stay . If we can fully  re-let your room,for any further nights then there will be no further costs to you. If we are unable to re-let the room, you will be charged the full amount . Therefore , we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality of you needed to cancel.

Please note parties of 3 or more rooms will be charged the first nights stay on booking which is non refundable
